Our Background in Consulting, Sales and Telemarketing

Facon Management Ltd and the brand 3D-Telemarketing was founded in 2010 in London as a family business. For the first years we worked as sales consultants with German clients in the UK market and gave support during the process of incorporation and the establishment of German branches/ holdings/ subsidiary companies/ start-ups and then developed the sales departments of our clients in the UK.

As we received more and more requests and offers from our clients to work with them in the German market as well, 2 years ago we changed our focus back to the area of sales and telemarketing for that particular market, which is where we come from.

Today over 30 German native speaking telesales agents are working with us on a part time / full time base, but always focused on particular projects and on a freelance base, spread over the EU and worldwide, most of them in existing and ongoing projects in sales, setting appointments and administration.

Our main business today

.

We are specialized in arranging B2B appointments for field / sales managers with their prospective and existing customers. In addition some of our agents are focused on B2B administration as well. Some of our clients are with us long term, others are coming back on a periodic base and some projects are planned as short term support from the beginning. Our clients are operating in different sectors and industries but normally they are small and middle sized companies with 1-10 sales/ field managers which need to get their appointments arranged. As we have very good connections with other telemarketing companies and agents in Germany, it is not difficult for us to set up larger projects if required.

How to get started in Telemarketing with a Benchmark-Project

.

In 95% of our contracts we start with a test project/ benchmark with 100 calls to companies from the client target group. At first we generate the leads from this database and then mix up lead generation/ qualifying with the setup of appointments straight away, because this is more efficient and interesting for our teleagents to work with. So if the lead is generated, we go ahead by immediately sending the information via email and setting the appointments in a second call.

The result of the benchmark then delivers us a reliable database in order to know how we can work together in a successful way and which could be considered competitive prices for our work on both sides. After the test project is finished, while we make the evaluation, it is possible to change the first offer price (raise or drop) to work out a better price for the ongoing project both partners are satisfied with, if the experience we got from the test does not match the calculation on both sides. For us it is important to create a solid and fair win-win-situation for both so we can work together on a very successful long term base. This means working with us is very flexible and you are not fixed or bound at any time. We are interested in giving and receiving feedback and creating a reliable and efficient talk atmosphere in order to create a solid long term base and support for your company.

Technical / administration equipment

We use our own technical equipment and phone lines to fulfill the contract included in the price – working with German landline numbers via VoiP in the Name of our clients. Sometimes it can make sense to set up a dialer. We are able to set it up (further costs) or you can provide a dialer if you want (without any further costs)

Access to data base

Usually we are working with a dialer and Excel sheets imports you are providing us with but if requested we can agree to have access via VPN to clients CRM system.

Interview guidelines/ code of practice/ handling objections

We work together to create this, free of charge, after we receive the acceptance letter from you in order to get the needed preparation done.

Address data base

This benchmark needs a set of approximately 150 single B2B address data to be delivered by you (in Excel or via VPN access to client CRM). We can support you in buying/ renting the right address data for the German market. We are requesting 40- 50% over delivery to avoid invalid address data sets in order to receive a solid base of 100 contacts. Price per data depends on which kind of use you are preferring (single use/ annual use/ renting /buying unlimited use). We have to discuss it further.

Our contracts

As we are not fixing our clients in long term contracts and we offer flexible work, you are always able to change the speed of our work. You can speed it up or slow it down, pause it or in the worst case stop it if you want. In this case only the work that has already been finished has to be paid.

Telecommunication – data protection – Secrecy

We always respect the German Telecommunications Law for cold calling, data protection and the secrecy of the data and of our clients. All of our agents have signed for using all client data in a legal way and avoid any misuse of data.

How we are billing and charging

.

For administration work

We are billing per hour or per work completion depending on the single agreement made. During the first month we will bill once a week. Afterwards, it can be changed to twice a month.

For setting appointments

We are working only on a provision/ success base for our clients with no upfront costs or payments. The appointment is chargeable after it took place and only if there was an interest of the potential customer. We will create and hold a history for all contacts which can be sent to you on a regular basis (in German). If there is any evidence that the appointment setting was made under false information and the customer was not really interested in the products or services then we will not charge for it.

Important

We are not responsible for any success of the sales managers’ work from your (client) side. So we do not ask for any provision for the sales of the product/ service. We are only charging if we were successful in setting up the appointments with honestly interested customers.

During the benchmark we are also billing once a week. If the project then moves forward, we can change this term to twice a month. Payments are due immediately and have to be made in the next 7 days of the invoice date.
